PIE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Frozen items - we recommend fully thawing your pie in refrigerator overnight before reheating.  If you MUST reheat from frozen, reduce the temperature 25 degrees and increase the time by at least 25%.

Individual Meat Pies - in a 325-350 degree preheated oven  for about 20 minutes.

Dinner Pies - in a 325-350 degree preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Some meat pies may take up to10 minutes longer. If desired, loosely tent with foil to prevent the crust getting too dark.

9" Quiche - Upside down on a tray (with a rack if possible).Remove the tin and heat for 30 minutes  in a preheated 350 degree oven. Put the tin back on and flip right side up.

Fruit Pies - Cherry, Apple, Peach, etc.
these pies can be very successfully refreshed by heating in a 325 degree preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, tent loosely with foil for the first 15 minutes.

"It could be argued that there is an element of entertainment in every pie, as every pie is inherently a surprise by virtue of its crust."
